Skill: Deadlifts to 3 Rep Max and 4x3

"Are you Ready for some Football!!!!!!"
                     4 Quarters of ( RFT)
         4 Thrusters   95/65
         4 Burpees over Bar
        4 Slam Balls 20/10
         4 Pull Ups
        25 yards pulling Tire forward
       25 yards pulling backward  ( simulating back pedal)
                     "Overtime"
       Push Ups to Failure, every push up takes a
        second off your time.
